Phillip Eledge

Born in Colorado, Phillip Eledge has always had a love for adventure—whether hiking mountain trails, exploring somewhere new with his wife, Kari, or patiently waiting for the perfect bird photograph. Travel, birding, and time outdoors are a big part of his life. At home, he and Kari share their days with three Shih Tzus; Chip, Scubi and Astro.

Phillip joined the Army straight out of high school and spent seven years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician on the military’s bomb squad. He served seven months in Afghanistan in 2002 and was Honorably Discharged in 2004.

Crystal River, Florida was the landing spot after becoming a scuba instructor in North Carolina. Here he became a USCG Master Boat Captain, Divemaster and Tour Guide. His love of helping others and building relationships was a natural lead into the Real Estate field.

Earning his broker’s license was both a commitment to learning more and a step toward a personal goal: someday owning a brokerage. Today, he brings that same sense of purpose to leading Key 1 Realty—supporting his fellow agents, bringing fresh energy to the business, and building on its longstanding place in the community.
