For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It is about people, relationships, and helping others navigate one of life's most important decisions with confidence and peace of mind.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, I grew up surrounded by a wonderful blend of cultures and traditions. My father immigrated from Germany to South Africa in 1956, intending to stay for just two years while completing his apprenticeship as a mechanic. During that time, he met my mother, whose heritage was English and Dutch. They fell in love, married, and what began as a temporary journey became a new chapter in their lives.

Although raised in South Africa, my upbringing was deeply rooted in German culture and traditions, while also embracing my mother's heritage. This multicultural background sparked my curiosity about the world and helped shape my appreciation for different people, cultures, and ways of life.

My own journey eventually took me to Europe, where I lived and worked for several years, including time in Switzerland's hospitality industry. Speaking German and having studied French in school, I was able to further develop my French while working in Switzerland. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, broadened my perspective, and taught me the importance of understanding and connecting with people from all walks of life.

In 2002, I made Citrus County, Florida, my home, settling in the beautiful community of Sugarmill Woods. Over the years, my work as a yoga and fitness instructor, personal trainer, and in various service-related professions has allowed me to develop meaningful relationships and lasting connections throughout the community.

Before becoming a licensed Realtor, I spent approximately ten years working alongside an experienced real estate professional, gaining valuable insight into the industry, the local market, and the many details involved in a successful real estate transaction.

Today, as a Realtor with Key 1 Realty, I bring together my local knowledge, professional experience, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others.

My many years of teaching yoga have also influenced my approach to real estate. I believe in remaining calm under pressure, listening carefully, communicating openly, and finding thoughtful solutions when challenges arise. I understand that buying or selling a home is not simply a financial transaction; it can be an emotional experience and an important life transition.
